1. The Service

Ivory Galleries provides online photo gallery hosting, client delivery, and per-gallery unlock payments for professional photographers, operated by Whispers of the Past (ABN 28 489 379 023).

2. Your Content

You retain 100% ownership of your photographs. You grant us only the technical rights needed to store, display, and deliver them as you direct. You warrant you have the rights to upload all content. Galleries unlock payments are priced by you; you keep your margin minus Stripe processing fees.

3. Acceptable Use

No unlawful content, no uploading images you lack rights to, no reselling access to the platform itself, and no using galleries to distribute content that violates Australian law.

4. Plans & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period. Where Australian Consumer Law applies, it prevails over anything in these terms.

5. Storage Limits & Fair Use

Plans carry gallery and storage limits as displayed at signup. Extremely abnormal usage (e.g., using galleries as a general-purpose file host) may be flagged and discussed with you first.

6. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim, or AUD $50, whichever is greater, to the extent permitted by law. Always keep your own backups of original files.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Governing Law
